Cleaning is not included in the booking price. The necessary is provided in the accommodation so that you can do it yourself before your departure. A cleaning option is possible, you can subscribe at any time (24 hours before your departure). The price is 50€ for the apartments "La Rascasse and La Girelle" and 60€ for the apartment "Le Mérou". You can pay in cash upon departure or by credit card online (apply [email protected])

Can-on se rendre au logement en transport en commun?



YES: The BUS 67 line will take you from Hyères station to the Sabran stop which is 200m from the accommodation.

The line of Bus 67 which connects the peninsula of Giens and the city center of Hyères is open all year. You have a bus every 20 minutes. It also allows you to go to the pier for Porquerolles.

Can we walk to the beaches?



YES: You have a gentle way that allows you to go to the beach of Almanare (900m) and the beach of Badine (1km)

Can we go shopping on foot?



YES: You have a SPAR in the center of the village (500m) open all year.

How to get to Porquerolles?



The pier to get to Porquerolles is 2km from the accommodation. You can go there by BUS with line 67.

Can we come to the accommodation without a car?



YES: You can arrive at the Hyères SNCF train station and then take the BUS line 67. The Sabran bus stop is 200m from the accommodation.

Can we go shopping on foot?



YES: You have a Vival and a SPAR less than 400m from the accommodation.

The beaches of the Badine ideal for families. You can safely enjoy its fine sand, shallow water to indulge in beach activities (ball games, snowshoes, sand castle, tanning...) Its exposure is an undeniable asset by mistral (west wind) because you’ll be safe from the wind. For early sunrise you can enjoy beautiful sunrise over the sea. The beach of the Almanarre is ideally for lovers of sliding sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, wingfoil...). On windless days with its white sand, it offers beautiful turquoise waters. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Can we get to Porquerolles without a car?

Our rentals are equipped with two types of coffee makers a NESPRESSO and a filter coffee maker.

NO: The pool is not heated, you can find the opening dates in the USEFUL tab then pool.

Can I cancel my booking?



YES: You can cancel your reservation by email ([email protected]) 30 days before your arrival. Your deposit will be returned to you, 20 € handling fee will be retained.

General Conditions of Sale

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS 1- Legal regime of the contract: This lease is for temporary residence and pleasure. The premises "le Mérou, la Rascasse, la Girelle" cannot be used as the main dwelling and the tenant will not be able to practice any commercial or professional activity. The client booking the accommodation (Le Mérou or La Rascasse or La Girelle) will be named in this contract "tenant". He must be a natural person over 25 years of age with a fixed domicile as permanent residence. The owner of the apartments "Mr MONTANO" named in this contract "lessor" welcomes as a seasonal rental for a fixed term its customers. 2- Duration: The lease ceases automatically on the expiry of the term fixed at the time of booking, without the need to give leave to the tenant. The rental cannot be extended without the written agreement of the landlord. 3- Formation of the contract: - Reservation by the tenant: By validating his reservation with his identity information (name, country and phone number), accompanied by the payment of the deposit, the tenant signs and approves this contract. - Nature of the commitment: The amount paid for the reservation is a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the rental or the entire amount in case of reservations "not cancellable". It is the reception of this deposit by the lessor that validates the contract. Consequently, if one of the parties refuses to do so, the other may seek performance or compensation. In case of disagreement of the parties, only the general conditions of sale written in French prevail as reference and the court of the domicile of the lessor will be competent to judge the facts 4- Cancellation of the contract: -Cancellation by the tenant or lessor more than 14 days before the date of entry into the premises: Any cancellation must be notified by written message to the following address [email protected], the lessor pays the tenant the sums already paid. An application fee of 20 € can be deducted from the deposit. - Cancellation by the tenant less than 14 days before arrival in the premises: The deposit remains acquired to the owner. For a cancellation less than 3 days before arrival the full amount due for the reservation can be claimed by the landlord. -Cancellation by forfeiture: Failure to present the tenant within twenty-four hours of the date initially scheduled, results in the termination of the contract by forfeiture and therefore renders any enjoyment of the property to its owner. In addition, the deposit remains acquired by the lessor and the remaining balance due becomes due under eight years. - Cancellation during the stay: There will be no refund. - Exceptionally, in case of force majeure or abusive reservation (multiple reservation of the same person in anticipation of future cancellation), the lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The landlord pays the tenant the sums collected. 5- Arrival in the accommodation: Between 3 pm and 8 pm, the tenant can make an exceptional request to agree on another time, the landlord reserves the right to accept or refuse this request. The tenant must arrive at the day and time mentioned on this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival the tenant must notify the landlord as soon as possible. The lessor reserves the right in case of force majeure to organize an autonomous arrival of the lessor via a key box located on the entrance gate of the co-ownership. 6- Payment of the balance: The remaining balance due and the deposit will be paid no later than 3 days before entry to the premises for all reservations except for non-cancellable reservations where the full balance must be paid at the time of booking. 7- Inventory: An inventory of places called “referent” is established by the owner (photos of the ad and private videos), the apartment is in a functional state and cleanliness “very satisfactory”. This is the only reference in case of dispute. In case of dispute, tenants must take photos and send an email to the owner 24 hours maximum after entering the premises. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant before his departure unless he leaves it to the landlord to take charge of it in return for a remuneration (Cleaning option) 8- Deposit: The amount of the deposit of 200 € is to be paid to the owner when entering the premises of the tenants. In case of damage, the amount of the repairs will be retained on this deposit as well as the amount of the cleaning in case of premises not cleaned on departure. The deposit will then be returned within 7 days. 9- Accommodation capacity: This contract provides for a maximum capacity of persons in the accommodation. The owner reserves the right to refuse any additional persons or to ask for an additional fee at the initial price. 10- Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his actions. 11- Animals: Animals are not accepted in the accommodation, failure to respect this rule may be sanctioned by a withholding of the security deposit and the non-acceptance of entry of tenants into the premises. 12 - Special rules for housing: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling. - Parties, birthdays, events of any kind are not permitted in the accommodation. - The calm of the place must be respected, no noise pollution (lively meal, ambient music, high volume TV...) will be tolerated between 10 pm and 8 am. - A parking space is allocated to each accommodation, it is stipulated in the ad (or at the beginning of the stay by message) by the landlord. The tenant must respect this location for the parking of his vehicle throughout his stay. Repeated non-compliance with these rules mentioned above may result in a penalty of € 50 per violation that will be retained on the security deposit. 13- Departure: Between 8 am and 11 am, the tenant can make an exceptional request to agree on another time, the landlord reserves the right to accept or refuse this request. Tenants are asked to report the time of their departure no later than 24 hours before departure in order to make an appointment with the landlord. An autonomous departure can be organized by the landlord in case of force majeure. By booking the rental, I certify that I have read the «General conditions of rental» and accept them in their entirety without any exceptions.
